This large 5/6 bedroom villa is located 5 km outside the popular holiday resort of Albufeira in the village of Vale de Parra, close to some of the best beaches in Portugal. 

The villa has within a few minutes walk a mini market,  Cabanitas Restaurant and cocktail bar, O'Girassol restaurant, Arcadia Bar and off-licence. A bit further away there is indian restaurant called Karahi as well as San Domingos and Primapasta.If you are driving there many very good restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

 The location of this villa means it is ideal for the visits to the beach, Albufeira, Algarve shopping and outlet stores. The area boasts local restaurants that serve dishes of pri pri chicken, sardines and Lobster, along with some of the best steaks available anywere. Algarve shopping just outside the village of Guia has 60 shops in it which range from a hypermarket to designer shops, it also has a 6 screen cinema ,some of the films showing have English sound tracks, Ten pin bowling and a Nike outlet store. Upstairs there are a selection of fast food restaurants to suit most tastes, this place never seems to shut shopping at 11pm seems to be normal there.

The Villa is only a 35 minute drive from Faro airport using the A22 motorway to Albuferia and the N125 to Guia.

Albufeira is about 5 km away ( only €7 in a Cab ) which has all the normal attractions of a large holiday resort including restaurants, clubs and bars .The strip has many clubs and bars which mean you can party until the small hours if you wish, I recommend "Erins Isle" which is an Irish pub/bar if you want a good night out. Twice a month there is a large market  selling many products including DVD, CD and clothing.

For all you Golfers there are about 6 courses within a 35 minute drive of the villa, the cost and quality of which vary to suit all levels of golfers. Spring and Autumn offer the best value for money.
